Almost everything sold today watches what a machine has already done. It logs, it alerts, it explains the damage after it has landed. That is testimony, not governance.
What this moment requires sits in front of the action, not behind it. A way to decide what an autonomous system is allowed to do before it does it. A way to keep a human in command at the exact instant that matters. A way to seal every decision as proof that cannot be rewritten or erased later.
This is what we are building. We will say more when it is ready to stand on its own.

Quietly built. Selectively shared.
We are not racing to a launch date. We are building something that has to be right the first time, because the institutions that will one day depend on it cannot afford a version that is merely impressive. A small number of partners will see it before anyone else.
